The Harriet's Light Saga is a collection of four books and an upcoming manga series, created by J. H. Bennett.

 

The Harriet's Light Saga tells a wonderful coming-of-age fantasy tale about a young Sorcerer of Light called Harriet, and her guardian Spirit bat, Mr Cyril, who sacrifice everything to save existence itself from the sinister Spirit of Darkness.

Art has always been a passion of mine, and during my Video Game Design degree I conceived an idea for a game, which later evolved into a written novel, and then over the years it expanded into a saga of four volumes. My core foundation for this story was to honour my late sister, Harriet, and my late grandpa, Cyril - the two main characters in The Harriet's Light Saga.

 

It has been a brilliant journey creating these books and doing all of the illustrations, and I hope that these books and the upcoming manga adaptation are enjoyed by all ages.
